I led product design for the PatientOne app. The app is an automated patient engagement platform that offers secure mobile patient communication, and remote patient monitoring for medication adherence protocols, chronic care management, and surgical episodes of care.
Making healthcare accessible
Patientone needed a mobile and web-app that allowed healthcare organizations to automate essential but repetitive tasks at the push of a button, and remotely monitor patients while they're home between clinical encounters.
Working for the Patient
The healthcare industry is a very complicated topic. This led to a lot of features being needed. On top of this, our demographic was typically a much older audience that might not be super tech-savvy. We needed to make sure we were building a robust product without overloading with "nice-to-haves".
