I worked with Triple Tree to redesign the UX and UI of Commit Foundation's new website as well as a digital library and online learning platform. This process would lead to thousands of veteran’s getting access to content that would allow them to navigate through the rough waters of transition from a high-ranking veteran to living in a civilian world.
We needed the onboarding to be engaging, informative and easy. FCH is able to accomplish this through by mixing typical mandatory actions (like creating a password and entering personal information) with actions that get the user excited. Such as joining a team, or casting your first vote.
Once you're created your account you can access your profile. This is where you get a big picture of everything you can do on FCH.
The most important part of the platform lies within the games themselves. There is a lot of information that needs to be readily available to the user. The player should know when they can vote, when games are happening, how to switch teams and more. Besides making sure game information was navigable, it was our job to make sure the games looked exciting and easy to be apart of as well.
